After a series of speculations, Google has finally released the stock Android 4.2 keyboard on its app store Google Play. After this, the Android keyboard have its own keyboard application.
The new application is updated with numerous features like Gesture Typing, automatic error correction, word predictions, Voice Typing, dictionaries for 26 languages, Advanced keyboard layouts that can be compatible to your laptop as well.
Up until now there were a lot of keyboard apps available on Google Play such as SwiftKey, TouchPal, Swype but this application from Google would become handy for Android 4.0 and 4.1 users who would like a stock keyboard with additional features.
Google keyboard can now be downloaded from Google Play for the devices that are running on Android 4.0 and above. As of now the application is country restricted and cannot be installed in India but Google promises more countries will be added very soon.
