BSNL , One of the BEST Networks in india giving 3G Speed on 2G Plans. Since BSNL have only 3g offers Now there is no meaning of having 2g speed on 3g networks .
The Speed above 4 Mb/s is Reported on Kerala.

This is a brilliant service by BSNL. I was using the 2G plan of 98 for many years since I brought my HTC Salsa. I have not regretted it till now. With this new change its even better! 🙂
