CMAI Announces India’s FIRST Consumer Mobile And Tablet Fair – ICOMM 2012
CMAI announces the launching of Worlds first book on – Essentials of Mobile Handset Design by CMAI being published by Cambridge University Press UK, which will go long way to give technical assistance for design and manufacturing of mobile handsets. Govt. is giving high priority to promote local manufacturing of telecom, electronics and mobile handsets this book will be first attempt to give inputs for designing of mobile handsets as one of the first steps for investment for manufacturing of the same in India the book has been authored by Shri Abhi Naha, VP International Affairs CMAI.
CMAI Association of India will be hosting ICOMM (India International Communications and Electronics Fair) 2012, in New Delhi on 14th & 15th September, 2012 at NSIC grounds, Okhla, New Delhi. The VIPs available during inauguration include CMD/Directors BSNL, MTNL, Gujrat Info Petronet Ltd., Alcatel India, Maxx, Micromaxx, MTK Taiwan, Videocon, Lava, Vodafone, Prabhatam, Counsellor from Embassies of China, European Union, Vietnam, Tunisia, Director Dalian Foreign Trade and Chief Editor, Exchange for Media.
ICOMM will bring the technology providers and it will be a platform to promote local manufacturing of handsets. The participants in show include Micromax, Maxx , Lava, Videocon, Intex , Vodafone, Binatone, BSNL, MTNL.
The show will also provide a platform to launch India’s First Video Telephony service & product (VFone) and also the launch of Android Smartphone Mobile Applications. It will provide opportunity to industry people to meet and interact, with several Indian and foreign companies and VIPs and Indian brands and VAS/ telecom companies. Indian Companies will be able to see new products, technology and also will be able to plan the marketing and distributorship. They will also be able to meet the component suppliers and the design makers.
