I am using a BSNL’s internet connection ,netone which offers
a speed of 46.6KBPS but i get a speed of only 5-6KBPS
(sometimes 3).how can i utilize the full bandwidth???

these sms offers sucks. Customer care says as invalid offers.Dam Fucking bsnl. My amount was also not returned.
