ZenFocus Introduces 7-Inch Android Tablet With Expandable RAM
ZenFocus has come up with a 17.78-cm (7-inch) tablet in the Indian market which is priced at Rs 5,999. The tablet is named myZenTAB 708B and is powered by Google’s Android 4.0.3 aka Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. Currently, the tablet is available through SnapDeal.com, Carry stores and Carrefour Cash. Also, it is will reach out the customers through various dealers and distributors.
MyZenTAB 708B runs on Boxchip A13 chipset and is incorporated with Mali-400 graphics processor unit. The tablet comes along with 512 MB RAM and is equipped with an option of external memory support for upto 3 GB RAM. It sports a 0.3 MP front camera, 4GB internal memory and an external support of USB mouse and keyboard. The device has in-built Wi-Fi and supports 3G dongle for accessing 3G network.
Along with the common users, ZenFocus is also targeting the business class people for its new 17.78-cm (7-inch) tablet. But the fact is that there are a number of domestic brands such as Karbonn and Micromax, who are offering similar tablets or even better at the given price point. The only USP of the myZenTab 70B is its expandable RAM. But we need to wait and watch out for the device if it has something special or will it be another tablet that will exit as soon as it enters the market.
