Xiaomi With Unboxed Smartphone Retail In India
Xiaomi is conducting a test to sell unboxed and renovated smartphones in INDIA. Xiaomi tests their new retail model with their popular Redmi 1S smartphones. The first sale had happened on 23rd of this month. These are the phones which are returned by buyers to flipkart which have no defects but unboxed. India is not the first country in which they launched this model. A brand new Redmi 1S will cost Rs. 5,999 where as with the new scheme you will get it for Rs. 4,999 through overcart.
As a test they have launched only a small quantity. If this model works well they are going to make it on a wide scale.
