Samsung Intros Galaxy Chat GT-B5330 Android ICS Phone @ Rs 10,000

Samsung has introduced its GT B5330 Galaxy Chat smartphone in India at a price of Rs 10,000. The new chat phone is the upgraded version of the existing Galaxy Y Pro touch and Qwerty keypad phone. The phone runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and sports a 7.6-cm (3-inch) TFT LCD display with a 320 x 240 pixel resolution. The Galaxy chat is powered with Samsung’s TouchWiz user interface, that makes the Ice Cream Sandwich experience sweeter.

The phone is of touch and type format with full support for multi touch and swipe functionality. The phone comes pre-loaded with Samsung’s ChatON instant messaging application. The phone includes an on board storage of 4GB, which is pretty massive compared to other phones in this range and the memory can be further expandable to 32GB via micro SD card.

The Samsung Galaxy Chat sports a 2 mega pixel rear camera along with Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi support, and micro USB 2.0 port. The phone supports 3G networks and is based on a 850 MHz processor.
