Samsung has refreshed its popular selling Galaxy S2, with an addition of ‘Plus’. The company had launched the Galaxy S2 Plus smartphone earlier this year and it seems the Korean-smartphone major is ready to offer this upgraded S2 device in the Indian market.
The smartphone is now available on Infibeam at Rs 22,900, which is less than the price of the original Galaxy S2 (Rs 25,900) in India.
The Galaxy S2 Plus comes with an 8 GB built-in storage, which is expandable up to 64 GB via microSD. On the connectivity front, the smartphone offers 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth and micro-USB support. Samsung has loaded the Galaxy S2 Plus with a 1,650 mAh battery. The company seems to be competing on its own right now. The brand is selling around 5 model in the Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000 price range, that includes Galaxy Grand, Galaxy S2 Plus, Galaxy S2, Galaxy Note and Galaxy S3.
