For all the ones who keep forgetting their account password, Yahoo users can now just tap a “yes” button to login to email ie, no password is required. Yahoo has announced this new Account Key feature as it just turned 18 this month.

When you want to log into your Yahoo account using any device or desktop  you will get a push notification on your smartphone to confirm it is actually you who wants to log in. Thus the account key feature attempts to simplify and secure your mobile email experience. The push notification simply asks – are you trying to sign in? : and you only need to  reply by taping yes or no upon your convenience.

It is not only eliminating the need of  memorizing passwords, but also ensures security as no one wont be able to sign into your account eventhough they get access to your account information.you can go to the app’s settings to access your Yahoo inbox from another device, if you by-chance misplaced your smartphone. The fully redesigned app is now available in the Apple App Store as well as in Google Play.
