Jio effect: Airtel’s Rs 49 prepaid plan offers 3GB 3G/4G data

Bharti Airtel has declared another prepaid pack priced at Rs 49 and it provides 3GB of fast 3G / 4G data with a validity of one-day. In an effort to overcome Reliance Jio in providing the most data to its customers, Airtel launched this plan. The pack is just accessible in selected circles. To check the eligibility for the pack, clients can visit Airtel’s website by entering the mobile number, or log in to ‘My Airtel’ application on their smartphone. In case the client is not eligible for the offer, only 1GB data will be credited, rather than 3GB.

Presently, Vodafone had also introduced a plan which is priced at Rs 255, and there is a similar existent plan by Reliance Jio, priced at Rs 198.

Reliance Jio has Rs 49 plan that is uniquely intended for JioPhone clients. The plan provides 1GB of data that is valid for 28 days. Once the data is consumed, the speed will be throttled down to 64kbps. Unlike Airtel’s plan that only offers data, Reliance Jio’s Rs 49 plan additionally offers unlimited voice calls and unlimited roaming throughout the validity period.

Airtel has also recently announced Rs 99 recharge plan that provides 1GB 4G data, along with unlimited local and STD calls. The pack also gives 100 free SMS and comes with a validity of 10 days. To check the eligibility of the offer, clients can need to open the ‘My Airtel’ application and tap on ‘View Best Offers.’

Additionally, Airtel also recently presented new prepaid plan priced at Rs 249 which offers 2GB everyday data, 28days validity and unlimited local and STD calls. The plan also comes bundled with 100 local and national SMS.

Along with the Rs 249 plan, Airtel additionally revised the Rs 349 plan to offer more data.Clients get the similar advantages which incorporate unlimited local and national calls, 100 free SMS per day and validity of 28 days. However the data benefits have been expanded, and clients now get 3GB everyday data. Airtel also recently started offering 30GB free data to clients upgrading to the 4G smartphone.
