The smartphone will run Android’s latest Jelly Bean OS and will be priced upwards of Rs 35,000.
The smartphone will be priced at GBP 479.99 (Rs 41,096) with pay as you go plans, but considering the huge VAT in UK and other European countries, the smartphone should be priced lower when it debuts in India.
As per the specs listed, HTC One X+ has a 11.9-cm (4.7-inch) display and will come with 64GB of internal storage, 1.7GHz quad-core processor, Android 4.1 aka Jelly Bean, 8MP rear camera, and Beats Audio integration.
What differentiates it from the original HTC One X are features like higher clocked processor, Jelly Bean out of the box and more internal storage, which is very important considering there is no microSD card slot on the phone.
While other specs of the smartphone are still unclear, online reports suggest that the One X+ might come with 2GB of RAM, 2MP front camera, and the same 11.9-cm (4.7-inch) Super LCD 2 display.
