How to Downgrade Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 P31xx P51xx back to original Android 4.2.2
You may be Seen My article How to Install 4.4.2 Android Kitkat on Your Galaxy Tab 2 P3100 and P3110 Cyanogenmod . There may be some situations where your Tab Got stuck or reboots occasionally , It can be solved by going back to original Samsung Stock ROM.
Note : It may brick your device . Me , Telecom Clue cannot be responsible for it, do it at your own risk .
Note : All Your Data will be lost . Back up First
Ok, How can we Do that ?
Step 1
First we need the Firmware for the Device and Unzip it ( it will be approx. 900MB )

Download Odin : Link
Download Samsung Drivers : Link
Get a Data Cable to connect to PC
Step 2
Your downloaded file name will be like this P3100XWDNA1_P3100AUTDNA1_AUT.zip
Extract it , then u will get file like this P3100XWDNA1_P3100AUTDNA1_P3100XXDMF2_HOME.tar.md5
Install Samsung USB Drivers and Restart your PC .
Step 3
Extract Odin to a folder .
Activate Developer Mode in ur Tablet
Settings > Developer Options . If Not found go to Settings > About device & Repeatedly tap on Build Number (seven taps should do the trick) until you’re met with a message that reads: “you are now a developer!” then goto developer mode and turn it on .
Switch Off Your Tablet
Press Power Key + Volume Down Key to get into Download Mode .
Then Connect Tab via Data Cable to PC
Step 4
Open Odin exe file
If your device is detected you can see like this
Now you have to Click the PDA option and Selecte File we extracted , in my case it is P3100XWDNA1_P3100AUTDNA1_P3100XXDMF2_HOME.tar.md5
Tick Only Auto Reboot and F.Reset time .
Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked .
Click the start button, sit back and wait a few minutes .
Your Tab May reboot few times during this .
Step 5
On success the odin will display a success msg on screen.
Now you have your phone back to Official . Note. Your Flash counter will be the same .
Step 6 (Optional )
If your Tab is not working , You have to factory restore your Tab , For that Turn off the Tab By Pressing Power key for a few seconds.
Press Power Key + Volume Up key for a Few Seconds then you will Get Android System recovery screen
Select wipe data/factory reset by using volume + / – key and press power key to select , After finish select reboot .
Now wait till the Tab gets Functional , If necessary select wipe cache too .
Reboot tab a few times if it is not loading . Mine got worked after 3 manual power off ( long press Power button ) and power on’ s
