BSNL Withdraws The Negative Balance Facility

BSNL has withdrawn the negative balance facility where in prepaid customers were allowed to use up-to Rs.10 after exhaustion of their main account balance.

From now onwards you cannot make any calls/SMS etc… when your account has zero balance.
