Here Comes ” PII ” Android 4.1 Phablet from Byond
If you remember we discussed 2013 being the season of phablet aka smartphone-cum-tablet with devices likely to enter in the Indian market in a frantic pace. Well, considering greater than four to five devices have already been launched , the year just begun by the look of things.
India-based Byond Tech has unveiled its second big display Android smartphone Phablet PII in the nation. This company had previously launched Phablet PIII , which included a 15.2-cm (6-inch) FWVGA display, pricing Rs 12,699.
The Phablet PII however comes with a 14.4-cm (5.7-inch) HD display having a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and runs Android 4.1 aka Jelly Bean. The device is powered with a 1 GHz dual-core processor and 1 GB RAM. Phablet PII sports an 8 MP rear camera with LED flash along with a 3 MP front-facing camera for video chats. The phone supports Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth, GPS, G-Sensor, and dual-SIM. Byond offers 4 GB internal storage, expandable up to 32 GB via microSD. Byond has loaded the Phablet PII using a 2,500 mAh battery.
The Byond has priced the Phablet PII at Rs 14,999 and will also be available across online portals.
